    I had to stop taking my painkillers as they were making me feel so bloated, sick and sleepy now I just can’t move because it’s so tight on my chest lol. Help?

    Paracetamol and ibuprofen with ice packs. Codeine will make you sleepy and nauseous- simple paracetamol and ibuprofen shouldn’t x

    I’ve stopped the co-codamol and feel a lot more human now thank you xx
