I seem to be moving in my sleep to the side , I can’t sleep on my back any longer I’m finding it hard to get to sleep on my back, will It be ok sleeping on my side now? I don’t want to do anything wrong what will effect the implants, I’m not in any pain I still use loads of pillows and my v pillow

I was told from day one I could sleep on my back and sides, I’m 4dpo and at the minute it feels a bit weird being flat on my back and I tried on my side this morning with a thick duvet for support and, although it felt a bit weird, I did manage a few hours sleep. I have no pain, but the lack of sleep is really getting to me!
I think you’ll be ok at 2 weeks to try on your side. I keep thinking that it might do something to the implants, but they wouldn’t have told me I could sleep like that from day one if it would xx

I was told i can sleep on my side from day 1 if i wanted to, any position you like except your abdomen for the first 2 months. However I personally couldn’t sleep in any position except sitting up for the first 2 weeks then i moved to sleeping on my back for the following 2 weeks and from then I’ve been sleeping on my side. You’re implants are fine and will be fine don’t worry xx p.s i had an uplift with unders so it was a double invasive procedure and yet i was told i can sleep on my side from day 1 so you’ll be fine 🙂

I went in the spare bed last night and had loads of pillows etc to try and get me in the right position, I started on my left side and it was alright, felt a little strange to begin with but I got used to it, through the night I’ve been on my back and my right side and I’ve slept the best i have since Friday! x
