2wpo – Mr Mahdi 365cc unders (before and after)

Not many people talk about Mr Mahdi but he has done a fantastic job on my enlargement.

I’m 2 weeks post op and i was 34 a/b before. I’m measuring a 34D at the moment, but they’re still hard and high.

The first 4 days were hell because I hate sleeping upright and I was so scared of infection.

My stitches are so minimal and so neat. I’m excited to see what they look like when they fully drop.

Hannah your photos have made me feel so much better! I’m going to meet Mr Mahdi on the 16th October (and have been advised on surgery dates of 17th/ 24th November) – I was worried as I haven’t seen many girls mention him but you look amazing! I’m currently a 32B and hoping to go to a 32DD. How did you find your first consultation with him? Was he flexible in the size you wanted? x

He was the nicest man! He even agreed to see me the day before surgery to ease my mind. He measures you and is very honest about what will look good for your frame. He’s done exactly what I asked, to be able to play them up or down. He smelt really nice on surgery day ???? he was wearing a really nice aftershave and that made me feel even better (as weird as that sounds) I don’t think many people talk about him because he’s been doing it for 20 years and does go for the massive ‘stuck on’ type breast. Some people are put off because he would refuse to do a Dolly Parton size chest. He’s been with transform for ages and mya for a while. He does surgeries in India too so he’s back nd forth. My incisions are so bloody great too. I was really panicking before but I saw 4 surgeons and he was the one I felt most comfortable with. X

I’m having Mr Mahdi on 20th Oct and I’m looking forward even more so after seeing your results they look fab! X

They look fab, what are your stats if u don’t mind me asking? I had 350cc hp unders but they look really pointy, so wish I would have had a bigger size as im 5,7 and 10st 7 so I think they’re too small for my frame and height xx

Ah amazing! I lol’ed at the aftershave but I know exactly what you mean!! I honestly feel so much better now, I’ve seen a lot of photos on here but yours are exactly how I want to be. He seems lovely to still travel back to India too bless him! Fingers crossed all goes well when I meet him but with what you’re saying I can’t see me having any issues! Fingers crossed and thank you for easing my mind 🙂 X

I’m 5’5” about a size 10 I got 365 in one and 385 in my smaller one. Although I’m 5’5” I have a long torso and broader shoulders. The first week mine were pointy but they’ve settled quite quickly which I put down to loads of water and rest.

Stephanie, just go with what makes you feel comfortable, I was so scared they would look terrible that on surgery day I said to him ‘just do what YOU think looks good on me’ because I was flirting between different sizes. He chose the bigger size for me and I’m chuffed x

I had a full week off work. By that time I was feeling so much better. I won’t lie, the first few days are tough so you need the extra days off to get your sleep in because I didnt sleep very well.

But all seems to be going well now. The feeling just under my nipples and where my scar is is still numb but it’s slowly coming back. My nipples are super sensitive.

The surgery day was actually really pleasant and I was so proud of myself ????
