    Hi girls
    I know I’m only 3 weeks post op and I feel like my nipples are still so far down. When will they start to go back to their normal position?

    I think it takes time for the implants to drop into place anyways but then I would imagine that they would drop to properly position your nipples. Give the drop and fluff time ?
