Hi ladies,
My name is Maria and I had surgery on October 23rd with Mr. Giannas in Preston First Trust. Round Smooth 275cc Moderate+. First of all I am very happy with his result so far and the recovery is being incredibly easy and painless, HOWEVER…
1. The size. I was looking for a natural result to suit my body size and shape and that’s what he gave me. However I’m slightly disappointed the result is smaller than what I had in mind. He said the maximum he could offer me in moderate + projection was 275cc (however I’m struggling to believe he couldn’t fit in 300cc and there is only 0.3cm in width difference). Otherwise we would’ve had to jump to high profile 350cc, DUAL PLANE incision. Now I’m almost regretting not having even tried them on and considering it as I really wanted moderate+…
2. The separation between breasts, of like 3-3.5 fingers. There’s no way I can even squeeze together my breasts to get a cleavage which is quite disappointing…
3. When laying down, I was aware smooth implants tend to fall to the sides more, but I was ok with it… now actually seeing it I’m not so sure…
4. They definitely seemed bigger in my pre operative assesment with 275cc under my sports bra than now in reality… also I know they have to settle still and all but they’ve been pretty much settled to my eyes since week 1 however the left one seems to be rounder and fuller than the right one (better done?).
5. Seriously considering a revision surgery after a year or so… has anyone here managed to get revision surgery because of reasons like this???? We pay loads for this and not being 100%+ satisfied wouldn’t be fair…
And to finalize and clarify, I couldn’t recommend Mr Giannas enough, he’s a fantastic surgeon and if I ever had another surgery I’d want it to be with him!

Hi lovely! I think yours look great. But I hear you about having boob greed and wishing they were bigger I’m a little disappointed mine aren’t a bit bigger. This is all they said I could have though and I think it’s better to have good boobs and a bit smaller than to have say capsular contracture or anything because of going too big for our bodies. When I look at before and after pictures im still over the moon. Cleavage wise I had to go under the muscle and my surgeon said because of that I won’t have a super pushed up cleavage like other girls, but I was fine with that. I’m 3 weeks post op too and my boobs are still stiff as will yours be, so to even get some sort of cleavage I’m sure we’d have to wait a few more months to let the implants really settle and our skin soften. Maybe your left one will catch up to your right and if not I think that’s a valid thing to raise with MYA. Our breasts drop and fluff at different times. My right one is also dropping faster and so my nipples aren’t in line etc. Maybe your body just needs more time. We’re only half way, and I’ve heard that lots of women even take months to see the best results. But I hope you can speak to Mya and your surgeon about your concerns. I agree, it’s a lot of money and you want to be truly satisfied. I just think that unless it’s a medical complication or something in there eyes they think is really aesthetically wrong, they wouldn’t easily let you have free revision. But I’m not a specialist and don’t know. Hopefully somebody who has had revision surgery can advise you! All the best tho! I think they’re looking great 😊 Jess Xx
I had 300cc unders and I wish I go bigger, I’m 2 weeks po and one was higher as well but now they are getting symmetrical.
I think boob greed is often a thing and I understand you, however I’m happy overall because before I was flat😅 and tbh maybe in few years time I’ll change for bigger when my skin is more stretched😜
They say to wait 6 weeks and they fluff… I’m not holding my breath but fingers crossed 🤞Attachments:

Anyways I’m not planning on undergoing revision surgery again until minimum a year from now as I want to see them fully ‘dropped and fluffed’…

It’s always this thing “what if” but yes, let’s give it some time😉 I was aiming for natural look so I got what I wanted I guess😅 haha but if they would be bigger it would be even better😉 -
