300cc or 325cc?

Hey all, I’m having a bit of a tough time deciding which size to go for! I’m currently a 30B, 54kg and 5”4 with a very small waist (I have to buy age 12-13 skirts in a lot of shops lol). I have quite a bit of breast tissue but no cleavage and look very flat in bikinis etc. I want to go for a 30D but want it to look natural and not look ‘all boob’ if you know what I mean?
My surgeon recommended 325cc which after looking on here is pretty big, so I’m more swayed towards 300cc (or maybe even less). I really don’t know what to do as I want fuller looking boobs with a decent cleavage but really want it to fit my body shape. Does anyone have any advice please? xx

I think the difference between sizes is very small so if you are having unders I would say go for 325 and if you are having overs I would say 300. I’ve seen that most people wish they had gone bigger But I’ve also seen people with 250cc and they look big and perfect for their frame! Go with your surgeons opinion! If need be get a second opinion 🙂
