34B + 615cc EHP – results?

I am currently a 34 (small) B due to loosing weight i have a big pocket to fill and my surgeon has offered 615cc EHP? Can anyone advise on similar results? Im worried about going ‘too’ big

The siZe will be fine it won’t be too big I have had 500 and now 775 if you have a lot of space maybe you need a wider implant same cc… my first op was uhp… 500 but they was too narrow I was told it was my natural wide cleavage … 5 years later I had wider bigger implants the difference is insane I have a nice close together cleavage… don’t worry about it being too big they will just be a nice size 775 I can hide in clothes and still wear padded bras i was a 32b x
