34B before and after photos?

Hi,
I’m in the early stages at looking to get my boobs enlarged. I’ve booked my (first) consultation from MYA.
I’m a 34B and not sure what to go up to, I don’t want to go huge huge! But I want to be able to notice a difference and be proud of them.
Does anyone who was a 34B have any before and after photos and can let me know what size they went up to.

I was a 32b and had 375cc hp overs.
Now wearing a 34DD sports bra but not been measure properly yet as only 4 weeks post op xx
