34B? Smaller boobs uplift needed?

hi ladies, I currently wear a 34B, I’ve been offered 300CC Biggest, I’m really worried my boobs won’t be big enough as I know you lose a cup size with the uplift? Has anyone with smaller boobs had an uplift and smaller implants ?

Me 🙂 I was probably an a or a very empty b. I had mostly skin and very little tissue. The most he would give me was a 275cc he said but on the day he gave me a 300cc. They are a DD now, at first I was disappointed with the size but since being measure I’m much happier. I love them, especially going from such a small size.
