350cc over or under?? (fitness instructor)

Hey,
I have my surgery booked for 3rd of April in Preston with Dr Gary Traynor. I am 5’6, currently around a 34B and wear size 8/10. I was given the options 300,325,350cc and decided to go for 350cc.
I am very undecided on whether to go under or over as I am a fitness instructor and worried that I may be restricted with what I can do if I go under, however I want them to look as natural as possible.
Has anyone with similar stats got any photos to share or anyone in fitness industry have an opinion on which would be best?

I am just starting to get into weight lifting so I have no where near the expertise that you do however I did have the same concern. I wanted to maintain my muscle strength and least nerve damage etc so that I can perform well but without the implants possibly travelling or something else odd happening. For that reason I chose sub fascia. Over is where the implant is just under the skin, Under is under the muscle, Subfascia sits between the muscle and the fatty layer covering the muscle x

I have/had lol similar stats to you, my options where the same, I’m also into fitness and I’ve had 350cc overs 🙂 apparently it’s better if your into weight lifting etc. I am 13 days PO now, will post a pic xx

Wow Jaimee they look amazing! Yeah when I had researched prior to booking my surgery I thought I would have no other option than to go for overs given my job but I’ve seen a few girls who have went under and they don’t seem to have any problem training wise. Hmmm might get in touch with the surgeon and have another chat with him see what he thinks.
