36B girls HP or moderate plus

Hi girls,

Im just waiting to book my surgery date woohoo and im looking at going either 325cc or 350cc in either HP or moderate + xtra

Im currently a 36b with a wide gap and im unsure what to go with, any suggestions?

Hey Demi , I just had my surgery on the 27th and I also have a wide gap so I decided to go with moderate plus as the width is longer than the hp, it also depends on what type of look you are going for , I went for 375cc as I wanted a natural look , I’ve posted my story on the forum , so have a look at my before and maybe that can help you abit with your decision.

Same as Pamela, I also went for mod+ as I have a wider chest and separation to fill as much as possible the gap whilst being natural. However I’m sad surgeon could only fit 275cc!!!

I’ve had my consultation and I can’t figure out whether to go 275cc or 300cc – at the moment I’ve gone for 275cc round implants, high profile and under the muscle. I’m just worried that I’m not going to see much difference, I really want to be a D cup. I’m 5”8, thin and around a 32A at the moment. Any advice ?

I think Mod Plus is better suited to us girls with a wider chest. The base of the implant is wider so will cover the space better. I have my surgery in 5 days and I’m getting Mod Plus so can try and remember to post some before/afterwards for you. I’m always seeing examples of HP but barely any Mod Plus!! Xx

Im going for “mod plus xtra” which is inbetween mod plus and high profile! I agree amber the wide implants are the best thing for us wide chest girls!xx

I wasn’t given the option of moderate + extra 😭😭😭 and I had my surgery only 6 weeks ago that would’ve been perfect

Maria, yours look absolutely perfect how they are! I think sometimes we get lost looking at other girls boobs as I for a fact have looked at all these boobs and hope mine come out the same way but its all just dependent on how our bodies are!
