That’s amazing not long to go! The whole day was really good Ms Lutz was really nice as she can tell your nervous. They give you a dressing down and some sliders for your feet so don’t worry about bringing any with you.I felt completely fine after the op just slightly tight and then had to stay for 6 hours before they would release me.The nurses are really nice and love a chat and more than happy to bring you food , hot chocolate coffee ect.. I was really nervous but on the day everything went smoothly

    Hello Sophie,
I’m having mine done with ms lutz on Friday. Have to decide between 300cc and 325cc. What time were you before? Were you in a lot of pain after? I’m so nervous but so excited

Heyy, there’s hardly any difference in the 2 sizes one is just slightly wider but everyone always goes for the slightly bigger usually.I was told to get there for 9 but didn’t go under until 12 , you will be really hungry after but they will bring you food.. I wasn’t in much pain after but felt it slightly on the drive home so if you are going home the same day i reccomend something soft to go between your chest and seatbelt.Hardly any pain the first 2 days so i tried doing quite alot for myself which was a mistake because then day 3 and 4 I was getting a sharp pain in one side, so even if you feel okay let someone look after you anyway to avoid firther pain.Everyone tends to use ice packs to help with swelling and pain but I’ve found my hot water bottle amazing especially to help me sleep.Any another questions just ask, I’m happy to help..Dont be too nervous itll be fine on the day and you’ll be so happy once you see the results xx

Victoria and Kayleigh can I ask what bras you have brought? Ms Lutz love the granny style M&S bra and at first I didn’t like it so only brought one and then one of there front zip post surgery ones ..biggest mistake ever! Ms Lutz will put her perfered on you and it is so comfty ,i tried changing into my other one and it actually hurt loads because it tried pulling my breasts together when they wernt ready so had to send a family member to go get me another granny bra.It may not look good but i would reccomend it as the least pain you have to deal with the better.

Hello. Yeah I will be bringing loads of cushions with me. How did you feel on the day? I’ve got the mya bras that they recommended but I’m worried about having to wear it as they are quite tight so I can see that being painful. I remember her saying about the granny bras. I’m having the op tomorrow so won’t have time to get one of those now. What did you take with you on the day? Thank you for your help! I’ve been overthinking it big time haha x

I’ve got her granny bra and a couple of macom bras. I’m probably going to keep the macom ones for post 6wks and just stick to the granny bra for healing. I’ve only bought one for the moment in case I need a different size.

I recommend a v shaped pillow. It help on the day and for the car journey home as I found the seatbelt on my chest uncomfortable

Hey sorry guys my login has been playing up..Kayleigh I hope your ok when well and your really happy with your breast 🙂

Victoria the granny bra helped with my recovery loads as it doesn’t try and push your breast together and considering there solid at first wearing a bra that zips up at the front hurts so much x

Hello, all went well thank you. I haven’t experienced any pain so far which I’m very surprised about! I’ve got my Macom bras and I’ve found they’ve been fine, I woke up and it was already on which was great! I was dreading having to put it on after what I’ve heard! Over all a very good experience and I would highly recommend ms lutz. How long did it take you to feel completely normal again?
