3DPO itching!!

I had my procedure on Friday 3 days ago.. I don’t seem to be having the best recovery I’m still in alot of pain now my whole body is itching especially around my strapping and my boobs it’s so irritating! Has anyone had this?

Also I woke up from surgery and the end of my tongue was numb.. it is still numb!!!

Aww babes im the same.. I was ill from the second I got out of surgery. Im always sick off the anaesthetic. I couldn’t stop itching and the nurse said it was the morphine but im still itching and really agitated. I still feel sick and dizzy so taking anti sickness tablets.. and at night I have Codeine to knock me out lol The pain ive got used to but its such a weird feeling as I feel the inplants move all the time again my skin, still numb in places and I can’t touch them cos it goes through me.. Can’t say id get another one in a hurry lol xx

@adrianne @bonny07 are you girls also so bloated? I feel like I look about 6 months pregnant right now xx

@Yvonne @Hannah I feel stupid for constantly moaning because these are all I’ve wanted but my god it’s so frustrating I am so so so so itchy! And bloated..
Luckily I haven’t been sick I just want this strapping off lol xxx

I’m overly itchy too can not wait to get this strapping off.
I’ve just put ice packs over it whenever I feel the extreme itching, it nums it and goes a little. X

I’m 1dpo and feeling exactly the same! Want to tip the dressings off and just scratch. Also very very bloated, not the best look in the world lol

It’s nice to know we’re not alone haha! I agree ice packs are like heaven. I’ve had to remove my bra for a breather, don’t even know if I’m allowed lol x

Oh god least I’m not alone!! Looks like we will all be having our strapping off around the same time xxx

I’m the same- the pain hasn’t bothered me at all really but the itching is driving me insane!! It’s so bad at night and I haven’t slept at all this week – I’m 1 week post op today! Get my strapping off tomorrow so I’m hoping that will help with the itching. In the meantime I’ve been using ice packs to try numb the itchiness and have had to take off my sports bra so just wearing the strapping on its own xxx

Least it sounds like it’s normal then, driving me totally crazy xx

Ive not even got strapping lol.. Still itching think its a sign of healing.. @hannah I look pregnant also lol but my stomach feels empty and ive lost my appetite xx

@Adrianne Im always moaning lol Feels like a full time job for me at the minute.. every movement makes me paranoid x

Lol same though I’m doing what I normally do apart from picking my daughter up and can’t lift arms up to shut windows etc but everything else is ok is I keep arms close to me….no pain at all today just sweaty itchy and felt the implants a few times when moved in a way they don’t like….lol xx

I had 275cc high profile unders! 8 days post op today and finally got the strapping off! I feel so anxious with no dressings on the incisions though xx

@claire-marie did it hurt when she took the strapping off Hun? Xx

@hannahlaura It didn’t actually hurt much at all! I was expecting it to but it was fine really. It was over very quickly too! I just didn’t like it after because i had blood lines on my boobs and i didn’t like seeing the scars! I thought the nurse would dress my incisions again but she didn’t, she just told me to put my bra on! I’m so worried about my incisions not being covered though. But yeah, getting the strapping on is nothing to worry about :)xxx

The top part came unstuck as one of my babies kept grabbing at it so I just ripped it down to the bits that were still sticky lol
