3wpo JUST GETTING SMALLER :( CORRECTION OP ADVICE PLEASE

Hi girls,

I’m just over 3wpo and nothing’s changed at all apart from they are getting smaller I’m so miserable. I was a 32b and had 300cc partials high profile. Wearing the M&S sports bra and it’s getting baggier by the week!!!

My left bob still bigger
My right boob still looks square/flat underneath
Still in pain & cant drive
Nipples stinging 24/7

I’m seeing more & more pics of girls dropping & fluffing & endless stories of them getting bigger, well mine are just shrinking even though the left looks round at the bottom so can’t see the shape changing to get much bigger. I’m so unhappy at the money I’ve spent and the constant pain I’m in for what feels like nothing.

I’ve contacted my PC to k for details of how I go about arranging a correction/enlargement, but they won’t discuss anything with me until I’ve hit the six week point. Has anyone had a second op/corrrection? How did you go about it & how long did you have to wait?

I’m so unhappy, I’m not fazed by the shape or if they haven’t dropped as I know in 3 weeks things can possibly still change, but I can tell that even with a little plumping they will be NO WHERE near the size I want. I look absolutely no different in my clothes even when trying on a normal bra, and working with men they would have noticed for sure! What a complete waste of time & money 🙁

Left square at bottom, right rounder. They look massive on this pic but they aren’t at all. In clothes I look exactly the same. Should have gone for 400cc/500cc for the look I wanted, but wasn’t given any other options to even look at as they just said I should go for a Dcup. They also told me I had more than enough breast tissue so why wasn’t I given more options??? 🙁 xxx

Goldie, I know its probably not want you want to hear, but your boobs look a lovely shape and size. It has only been 3 weeks so they will continue to drop and fluff. Ps also the sports bras flatten our boobs, they don’t push them up, they squash them down flat. I haven’t seen your befores, but I have too say they do look really, really a lovely, natural looking breast.

You will have to wait atleast a year for the scar tissue to heal well that what I was told when I had revision x

Hey goldie! I honesty think your boobs look great! It’s soooo early on and it’s totally normal! I’m 4.5weeks on now and I’m experiencing the same thing! My left boob has started to drop whereasmy right boob looks noticeably smaller and can sort of see them outline of the implant! My nurse said I’ve likely got internal swelling still which is why… they do unfortunately drop at different rates!
I know so many people who’ve said there first few weeks are SO emotional wondering if you should’ve gone bigger and why are they shrinking… it is unfortunately part of the process!
3 weeks is so soon so please try not to be disheartened! There’s piks of my wonky boobs on my profile if you want a mooch! Xx

Hey goldie x I am exactly the same, I have been wearing my macom the full way through because of sports bra’s fitting me one minute and being baggy the next. My marks and spencer one fit perfectly one day, that night it felt like it didn’t so I swapped it the day after and the new one fit perfect. Literally 3 days later I couldn’t wear it. My boobs had shrunk n it became really saggy on me on the cups so wasn’t providing any support. I work full time and I am a mother of two I don’t have time to be changing sports bras back and forth so I just went back to my macom and I’ve been in it the full way though and still am! It’s not as comfy but Atleast it fits me! X I’m not too far ahead of you, I’m 6wpo on Tuesday and have my check up on Friday with the nurse. I’m so happy to finally have boobs but they’re smaller than what I wanted and also one of mine is bigger than the other, it’s less obvious on pictures and they look bigger on pictures than they do in person. I totally know what you are going through and even I want another op to be bigger and sort my wonky boobs out. I love mr traynor and think he is amazing just think it’s one of them things that may sort itself out over time x your boobs look amazing and you can tell they’re sat very high up still, they may have lost size due to swelling going down and it’s so disheartening I know!!!! With them being sat so high up once they drop down they will defo appear bigger and more filled out, may even make them the same! Keep taking pics so you can keep an eye on them and tell the nurse at your 6week check up xxxxxx

Also is 300cc the maximum you was offered xxxxxx

Still in the same boat @goldie .. I’m not even looking at mine anymore! Also the skin m nipple stinging n sensitivity has just started to ease at 5 weeks. Just can’t imagine ever being comfy in any sort of bra ever again tho lol . Dreading being measured!!

I still feel the same 3 months on i think im still waiting for mine to fuff if its happened i havent even noticed mine are still odd i had the same size implant in noth boobs xx

Hi hun I didn’t go with Mya but no I didn’t have to pay and I still got an over night stay I was worried my surgeon wouldn’t ageee that something was wrong but as soon as he saw the he said let’s get u back in and I was booked in 6weeks later he has been amazing I had to have the revision because my implants had dropped to low and my scar had moved 2inchs up my boob was horrible I had 350HP with my First opp I liked them but was never 100%happy I have 400UHP now and couldn’t be happier I was only able to go bigger because my revision was a year after my original opp do skin had stretched more I also have an internal bra to hold them up in place x

@clairelh Thanks Hun, it’s funny you say that because as well as my size disappointment my scar is already around an inch away from my crease & im only 3wpo! So guessing when the implant drops lower the scar will sit even higher?
Was it more painful for you 2nd time around? This is something I worry about as I imagine tearing an implant out that’s established must make it more sore?

That’s what is really getting me! I was a 32AA and a size 6, so I get I am very small however I’ve seen girls on here with literally the same stats as me getting 400cc+ it’s just bizzarre. It’s nice to have boobs but I didn’t want a natural look, I wanted big! I feel like mine are just “natural” they’re the boobs I should have been born with, not the boobs I paid 5 thousand pounds to have! I really do want them bigger. One of mine is bigger than the other and I’m so scared incase it stays like that!! Xxxxxxx

Ah Hun I feel for you & know exactly how you feel. I know the shapes ok when people say they look nice, but I was never worried about the shape as I know it’s still early days & the shape will change,, but even with dropping & fluffing I know for a fact they won’t be doubling in size & unless they do them this definitely isn’t the size or look i wanted.

I also have one bigger than the other same as you which has been like this since day 2 with no change since. One slightly rounder underneath & the other flat/square underneith. My sister had a square unferneith on one & had to have another op to pull it down. If I have to go through another op I want these pointless implants out!

Like you say I do t even care if they don’t look natural because in baggy tops I still look flat chested & in tighter vest tops I just look exactly like I did with a 32b padded bra on! Again like you I didn’t pay 5k to look the same. I’d rather they look fake when I’m naked but give me boobs under clothing that’s actually noticeable. 🙁

Absolutely heart breaking, even my partner who’s really suportive says he can see exactly what I’m saying as he also thinks I look no different in my clothes.

I feel like they are going to tell me it’s my fault because I agreed to a D (the only size they offered me btw) but I honestly never knew I could ask for bigger, I genuinely thought they looked at my breast tissue & body frame & told you what you was allowed. I feel so stupid for not reaurching more beforehand. I wish I’d known about this forum before I had any consultations. Xxx

Me too but my surgeon ‘doesn’t do big boobs ‘ .. wasn’t allowed to see another surgeon ,. :/

I get what your all saying I was a c/d before depending on the padding in the bra I had 450 hp overs 2 weeks ago and I’m currently in a 36d m &s sports bra. Gutted isn’t even the word. I have said from day 1 I hate them and could park a bus between them I’ve told my nurse who was fantastic about it there fuller but not bigger I wanted big round boobies and I haven’t got that at all. I hope they get bigger and rounder soon or I’m going to have to have them redone

I’m the same, my surgeon did say to me on my consultation I couldn’t have had bigger he said that’s the maximum he would give me, but I’ve seen girls who have gone back for 2nd consultations and convince them to give them s bigger implant, or changing to a different surgeon as some surgeons are more generous with sizes than others. I love my surgeon he was great but I wish I did go back for a second consultation with him and keep nagging for bigger sizes or even just seen another surgeon to see if they would offer me bigger. I had literally nothing no boobs before so it is great to have some don’t get me wrong, but they just look natural, not a big natural. Just natural and a lot smaller than the boobs I had in mind xxxx I really do get upset with my self when I see girls with literally the same stats (if not smaller stats) and getting bigger implants because I think why wasn’t I offered that size!!!! Xxxx I want mine done again xxxxxxxx

@Goldie how are yours now Hun how you feeling about them ? I just dislike mine more everyday so miserable they jut look so natural and small which is what I didn’t want .

Hi, just be patient with drop and fluff it does take time. I’m nearly 7wpo and they have got bigger the last week or so. I currently hate the shape of my new boobs and have done for 6 weeks! After speaking to the nurse I had tubular breast to start with and wanted nice big round boobies, there round at the bottom and not full enough at the top more sloping. I’ve been told that all implants do is give you a bigger version of the boobs you have :/ if I’d have been informed of that I would of probably not bothered with the surgery or even Mya! Xx

@roxanne @chloe @goldie this is defo true mine are slopes and full at the bottom still no volume at the top I can’t believe it I had 375cc and they are so small on me gutted isn’t the word ! I wasn’t allowed any bigger because the surgeon doesn’t do big implant.. was 34a before op.

Hi Hayleigh I’m 2mothhs po now and I haven’t been on here for a month now, just thought Id stop looking and analysing myself as nothing was changing apart from them shrinking!

In the past month I’ve bought normal bra’s and I swear its helped them form a better shape, I was also told at my 6wk consultation to start massaging them as my nurse said they were still very hard so not sitting normal, but as they were (and still do) hurt my partners been doing it which has really helped them as they’ve softened up loads.
As for the size – No still hate them and wish I’d been given more options pre op!

I’m in the same position as you! I’m 5 wpo and so disappointed in the size. I had 2 different size Implanta due to size difference but the max was 400cc and I literally look no different to what I did before surgery in a padded bra. If I don’t mention it then no one notices them.
Have you spoke to anyone ? Are they doing anything ?
