So today I had my long awaited BA at the lovely First trust hospital in Preston. Dr Traynor was my surgeon and I had 400cc high profile overs. I’m very sore and struggling to sleep upright but it’ll all be worth it when they’re healed 🙂

Any questions I’ll be happy to advise.. and I will post pics when I get chance to have a look at them

Hey Ashlea, I’m having the same as you mid December but with a different company. Any advice so far? I feel so unprepared

There isn’t really much you can do to prepare, just make sure you have a decent bra and I’d definitely recommend a maternity pillow.. the sleeping is proving difficult for me.. experiencing a lot of pain on an evening.. who are you having it done with? X

Hi Laura! I’d recommend the M&S Extra high impact sports bras. I have those, the macoms and the asda ones.
They’re the most comfortable and for the first 4 weeks you need something more supportive than the asda ones.

I bought the Macom ones and they’re fine so far.. 2 days po and I’ve not had any issues.. x

And yes they only gave me paracetamol and ibuprofen but I’ve had to get some cocodamol as the pain was bad in the night

That’s great, I’ll get a couple of m&s ones, my pc said after having 400cc overs from a 32b I could end up with D or E cup, I’m stuck in what size to get
