400cc vs 450cc round high profile

Hey ladies, I’ve being booked for the 16th of july with dr Traynor. I’m currently 32b and I want to go with 400cc or 450cc round implant high profile. I don’t want my boobs to look fake but obv want them to look big enough. So any recommendations of what size to go with.

Your weight, height and width of shoulders have a lot to do with how you’ll look! I’m 5’4 140lbs was previously 34b and have broad shoulders and got 4500cc and wish I would’ve gotten 500cc! Which is strange because I felt the exact same way as you before my surgery. I wanted big boobs but not over the top big. I even searched online how 450cc look on other girls and got scared because some looked HUGE. But I’m 2 weeks post op and I’m only a 34DD. You can’t really tell they’re big unless I take my bra off.

I guess my point is a lot of girls say get the bigger size because the boobie greed after surgery is REAL lol

As previous poster said, it will depend on your size, and height as to how you pull off each size. I had 400cc high profile round implants 6 weeks ago, and they’re the perfect size for me, I’m glad I didn’t go bigger, as I think they’d have been a bit too big for my frame. I started as a 34a, I’ve not been measured yet, I’ve measured myself at home and think i’ll be an E or F. I’m pleased with either of those sizes, I know i’ll be able to get pretty bra’s still!
