425cc overs from 32b?

My surgeon has decided that she would do 425 and 400 for slight assymetry and I’ve asked for my pre baby boobs back! I was a 32f before baby and now I’m a 32b and I think she was shocked because my boobs now arent saggy at all they’re very perky and there’s a huge difference in size now!!!! I’m hoping to get F boobies back but she doesn’t think it’s possible so feeling a bit disheartened. Would love to see pictures of girls who’ve had 425cc overs from similar pre op size as me pleeeease !

Hey, I was a 32dd before breastfeeding. After breastfeeding I was left with 32b boobs with very minor sagging. I’ve had 450cc unders and so far am measuring a 32E so it may be possible for you to go back to an F cup with 425 overs x
