The drop and fluff process can take 6 months to a year but they will soften up. I had mine done on the 13th 350cc and they were really hard at first but seem to be softening up day by day. I’m still in some pain now but it’s easing of day by day. Make sure you have cocodamol. Xx

I was give 30/500 cocodomals to take but they don’t seem to be doing much it’s my 3rd day in bed now ?

I had 500cc on 11th feb and mine are still high and sore. They do get better day by day but I have read that they do take a long time to settle. Hope you start to feel better soon x mine were overs and I have heard unders are more painful

I’m 2weeks post op today. I had 535 uhp partials. The first week I really struggled but once I got to day 7 every day was a huge improvement. I can now do 90% of my usual jobs(I have 4kids). I was given tramadol and ibuprofen which really helped. Hope you feel better soon xx
