560cc high profile under muscle

Hi,
I am having my surgery next Sunday and I can’t wait ! I think I’ve over researched the size and now I’m getting worried I’m choosing the wrong size, initially my surgeon and I settled on 575cc moderate plus over muscle, but last week I had to change surgeons due to his personal circumstances and I had a zoom meeting with my new surgeon last Thursday, he told me he didn’t think that size and style would be the best option for me he said I would most definitely need a breast lift in around 3yrs with them so after a long consultation with him (over zoom) I’m now having 560cc high profile under muscle, he assures me I will be 3-4 sizes bigger, I’m just trying to find someone who’s had this size and how many cup sizes you went, I’m Currently 38B, thankyou in advance any information is appreciated x

Hi, I was a size 12, and had size 38 (small b) breasts prior to my operation, I had 560CC implants but had them over muscle and went to a 38E, After loosing weight im currently a 34-36 E/F (depending on shop)

Thankyou for the reply, that would be a great size I would be so happy with a 38dd/e preferably E , but saying that I wouldn’t complain if they were even bigger (F) I’m on my countdown now 6 days to go I’m super excited I just can’t wait to see the back of my 38b’s 😬 Thank-you x
