Hi ladies, I’m 5 dpo and my left breast is killing me where the insition is and on the side, so much that I can’t move my arm up, whereas the right arm and breast is much better, almost no pain at all. Every time I move from bed or even getting up and moving around my left hurts, its like a burning sensation constantly. Even lifting a glass of water hurts, is this normal?

Hi Ntensia i am 10 dpo I still have pain in my right boob and on my rib still swollen and bruised I have seen the nurse and it’s normal for a few weeks but if your worried call the nurse and explain what your feel…. try using ice packs this helps with the burning and swelling. Take care it’s only early days yet x

Try not to worry I am 4 days post op and in the exact same boat. Left is burning like excruciatingly and I feel like it’s gonna explode or they will fall off lol. I’m scared and excited to get this damn tape off me!

One of mine was so painful and caused me so many more problems then the other one ! Also couldn’t raise one arm at all to drink! Thank God for straws!!! Day 8 was my turning point ! I called the nurse a few times as I was worried, so don’t hesitate to contact them.
