my birthday and i am 7DPO 400cc hp partials !

i had my surgery last weekend at fitzroy clinic with the wonderful Dr Tsekouras, i had a 7.30 am appointment and was in theatre by 11.30am i had 400 cc hp partials with a crescent nipple lift . i was a flat 34 b before
i can’t remember what time i got out of surgery but all went well,l i felt very happy straight away no nausea and found going to the loo easy – my survival pack was mainly clothes etc but I DO ENCOURAGE PEPPERMINT TEA , GINGER BISCUITS, AND LEMONADE these all helps with nausea, gas, getting strength back, & opening up appetite etc i dint eat from may menu but had heard about it somehow i ended up eating my husband mc donald fries lol prob left around 7.30/8pm and – ride home was 1.5 hrs and got intense towards end, so any longer drive ladies do take a break and yes a pillow is so important
1st night was ok i didn’t sleep more than 3hrs but i expected that had lots of pain killers in me from op i think and was given some take home

since then i have hardly slept more than 4 hrs a night and have an hour nap during day which is so unlike me , i can have half shower on my own 😉 but still struggle when tired getting in and out of bed – i had some stomach ache issues which i now am seeing my gp about and have been more painful than boob stuff but the both together has made some moments very hellish had a bit of post op blues day 4 but i expected that too– any way i love the size of what i can feel now i am t very strapped so can’t see much and excited about my 1st post op on tuesday;)

i have eaten loads non stop really but get tired of sitting, standing and laying down very quickly ( backache) but take it one day at a time and am slowly adjusting to being in recovery rather than fighting it and wanting to be independent lol it can be hard reading how ladies bounce back after their ops ina few days i think we underestimate how much longer parties or enders are in healing so be patient ladies ..

i had a fantastic doctor who calmed my nerves and made me laugh and who i just wanted to cuddle all the time 😉 from all research i did which was hard at first as he is like a secret diamond lol he does a brilliant job he is a lovely man who take great pride in his work i feel confident i will love my results – i have had great support from my pc Chloe jordan , and my post op nurse and all staff at MYA – they have been very informative and caring 😉

Happy birthday Dee ? glad it all went well. I have had really terrible stomach issues, can you tell me if yours was related to having surgery, I’m assuming it will just go away, but maybe I should see my gp.
