9wpo and still wonky :(

I’m now 9 weeks post op and my left breast is settling really nicely but righty is still sitting high and much harder, will I start seeing some changes in it soon? It’s so annoying! It doesn’t look so bad in person but I take a picture and it’s like wow

Hi hun, I’ve had the same conversation in a different post. It seems to be the same for a lot of girls and my surgeon said my right is higher and firmer than my left probably because I’m right handed so it’ll take longer to drop and heal. Hopefully yours is doing the same thing. It’s frustrating waiting, I’m 16 weeks post op but it should sort itself eventually. My surgeon said to see him again at 9 months post op xx

Hi hun, I swear mine are exactly like this still! I’m 10 weeks post op now.
I think it must have something to do with what @becks17 said, as mine is also my right one that’s taking a little longer and I’m right handed.
Didn’t realise I’d still have to be patient at this stage haha!

@lauren1507 Hi Lauren, it looks like your stitches are still visible and not sitting in your crease yet which suggests that your boobies have more dropping to do. From what I gather after seeing my nurse, once the scars have disappeared into that crease, that’s when they finished going down. It’s worth an ask of course but I don’t think you should worry at this point my love, hope this helps xxx

Hi girls I have the same problem 🙁 I am nearly four weeks and my rigth boob still high.. my nurse said the same that I have to wait … is good to hear I am not the only one.. I can’t wait for my six weeks … hopefully will drop in the right place ..????
