    Hello everyone
Just thought I would write a few tips on the things I’ve found useful post Op.
1, Sports bra make sure it’s a front fastening one I have found a wonderful post Op bra online I will attach a pic. The nurse was very impressed with it and it’s so comfortable, I’ve recommended it to 3 other BA girls who swear it’s the best one they’ve tried. I had a size small and have had 325cc implants I’m a 32 back. I ordered it off Amazon.
2, the dreaded strap, if you have one you know what I mean. When I’m in the house I wear it over my PJ top or a T-shirt especially for bed, this stops it cutting in under the arm pit area.
3, lactalose, yep medication causes constipation and different laxatives work differently, lactalose just softens everything and you don’t get the cramping that senna causes.
4, make sure you have lots of snacks at elbow night my kitchen cupboards are quite high and would never have been able to grab something I left biscuits, crisps, bread, some protein bars etc on my work top ( you should eat something with all the medication your taking after.
5, canesten I bought an oral tablet and cream before Op ready for after. If your prone to thrush after antibiotics get some ready, you’ll have a week of antibiotics to take after your surgery and the last thing you need is itching down there lol.
6, make sure your bed is all changed ready for when you arrive home you won’t be shaking a duvet cover on a quilt any time soon.
7, buy a V pillow or wedge pillow you can not lay flat after your surgery.
8, I have booked a wash and blow dry at the hair dressers this week which is a week which will be 5-6 days post Op I can’t stand my hair being dirty.
Well good luck girls, and all the best with your surgery x

@jodymarie thanks for the post! How supportive is the Yianna bra? I like how low cut it is as I want to wear it for a night out but want to make sure my boobies are safe!

@Paige it’s really supportive and it has a lovely soft slightly padded feel just under the breasts and on the strapped so they don’t dig in. X

@ramla I had 325cc mod plus, I ordered a size small it done up on the first catch as you can see in the photo but now the swelling has gone down in on the last catches and it fits lovely. I had a choice out of 275cc, 300cc, and 325cc. As I was having mod plus as I wanted a natural look and they have less projection and I was going under so lose a few cc with that I decided to go for the biggest all my size 6 and 8 tops still fit too x
