Admission time 11am !!!!

Got my admission time for tomorro ….. thinking it will be a long day ….. will I be in pain as soon as I wake up ???????????? ….. will I be able to use my arms and take myself to the toilet etc ? x

Hi Lisa I can assure you will not be in pain! Nurse helped me get out of bed as you’ll have these DVT things strapped to your legs ! Going toilet was fine just s little awkward xx

I too had no pain at all and could use my arms as normal. My admission time was 7 and I was in surgery by 8:30. Was a quick morning, no time to worry lol
