Advice needed! 350cc or 375cc?

Hey ladies,

Thanks for taking time to read my post – the comments on this forum have been an absolute saviour for me so far!

I’m booked in with Dr Linda Fiumara on 20th April and am torn between which size to choose.

I am currently a 34b (picture below) a size 8 and weight 8 and a half stone. I’m having unders and have been offered 350cc or 375cc. I’ve seen tonnes of girls on here say to go for the biggest you’ve been offered so you don’t regret it, however I am terrified a 375cc will be too big as I already have fairly full boobs. I am hoping to achieve a D/DD.

Does anyone have similar stats to me or have any advice?

I had 375 overs and was a 34B before, size 8/10, I’m only 1 week posy op and already thrilled! I’m glad I went for 375, they are on the large side and do want them to settle down abit, but at least I won’t get boob greed ha I haven’t been measure yet so can’t tell u the size xx

Ah your boobs look amazing Georgie I bet you’re absolutely chuffed. Thanks so much for your reply. Yes it’s the dreaded boob greed but I suppose you settle in and get used to them if they’re big x

I was a 32b and have recently had 400cc unders. I would say go for the biggest! You get so used to the swelling and then once the swelling goes down your like oh! Where’s my puffy boobs lol. There really isn’t much in 25cc so then you will have no regrets xx

Go for the biggest Iv just had 365cc and wish I got 385cc but now they settled they look bigger , I’m 7stone7 size 6 and 5’1 I’ll upload my pic it’s like 6 weeks in between xxx

I’d go bigger! I was 32b/c and had 350 under

Thanks so much for all your advice girls – if my boobs turn out anything like yours I will be a very happy lady indeed!

@Paige I’m in the same predicament. I have the same stats as you, and I’m surgery is in May with Dr Fiumara. I would really appreciate if you could let me know how yours goes. Xx

I would definately go for the bigger of the two, you don’t want to end up regretting going too small!! I went for the biggest option I could have, and I wish I could have had bigger (not enough breast width to have bigger). I’m only 2DPO but hoping drop and fluff makes them bigger!! Xx

I also would go with the bigger. I was offered 360 or 390 and told him id prefer 360 so they weren’t too big but he could have the final decision in the op. When I woke he told me he’d gone 390 and I was dreading how big theyd look. They are perfect and im so happy with his desicion! I had a 32d before so fairly full, just less so from breastfeeding. xx

@ramla I’ll add you on here – i’ll definitely be updating with progress etc. I guess I’ll just decide on the day

Go bigger.
I was 34b, had 375 u unders. Measures last week at 36dd

I would say go bigger too. Because they are under the muscle you tend to lose a bit of the size with your muscle being tight over it. Xx

Do 375 look natural, I’m a size 12 and go between a 34b/c cup I just don’t want to look like I’ve had a boob job.
Hope this makes some sense, I know some stand out and you know that they are clearly implants. Thanks ladies

Hi Bonnie.
Each case can be different. For some 375cc would look more of a ‘fake’ boob, where as 375cc on others can look more natural. If you search on here for 375cc there are quite a few ladies put on post op pics.
I had 375cc uhp and I would say they are starting to look natural on me now that they seem to be dropping. Xx

This is the exact same dilemma I had I was really worried about it, I spoke to my surgeon on the morning and he said it is literally 1/5th of a bra size so I went with 375, I’m now 3 weeks post op and I love them they still have a lot of settling to do but so happy . I’ve added a few pics I think they look deceptively big naked so added one with a bra on too x x

@diane thanks for your advice and photos – I think I’ll definitely go with the larger size then as yours look great. Perfect size for your body too.
