Advice on post op bra please

Hi ladies,

Bought 2 Macoms for after my op, a 32 band and a 34 band. Had my op yesterday and the nurse put the 34 band on me which was fine.

Today the 34 is pretty big around the band and doesn’t fit as snug as it did yesterday, its pretty big but is sort of holding my bust in place so I tried the 32, fits perfectly in the band but is kind of squashing my boobs a fair bit!

Which bra should I be wearing? Xx

Hiya Hun, when I had my 1 week post op appointment with my nurse, I had both the macom and the M&S high impact sports bra to hand.

The nurse told me to wear the M&S one as she prefers the results when ladies wear that one.

I took her advice and wore the M&S ones for 6 weeks and it was so comfy and supportive. I’m 8 weeks post op now and still wear it when I go to the gym because it’s so supportive xx
