Hi, my surgery is booked for 26th July and although I’ve got a few weeks to go I want to start sorting out what i’ll need for my hospital bag. Does anyone have a list? I’m also in 2 minds about the Macom or MYA bras. I like them both but the scales tipping towards Macom as it is front fastening. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks xx

I personally got the macom and I can’t fault it! Will fit any size or shape just order your band size. Doesn’t itch rub or dig in! Little bit see through but at least it’s breathable! ???? Xx

I was told at my consultation to get a macom bra as mya r in the process of changing their ones to do up at the front!
Was given a discount code for macom:
    ‘Mya2018’

I got two of the yianna ones from amazon, I’m not with mya but when I went for my surgery the nurse said they were just as good as their own bras which they sell for £30+ And they’re only £12!

For the hospital take lounge clothes, slippers, zip up or button up top, two post op bras, pillow for the car Journey home, toiletries cos you might be asked to shower before your op and a phone charger for whoever’s taking and waiting for you lol xx

I had my op yesterday, I bought 2 high impact M&S bras…They say buy a bigger back size too so I got measured as an Acup I had 415cc so bought a 34D and 34DD and they put me in the 34DD one thing I will say is try get your bras asap because a lot of the good ones are out of stock! I stupidly left it until 3 days before my op xx
