Advice on sports bra size?

Hi everyone

I’m booked in for my BA in two weeks going for overs. I’m currently a 34C and the implant size my surgeon said would be between 290g and 340g (yep grams, not ccs). Can anyone help me understand roughly what size I will end up? And also what size of sports bra to buy as my surgeon keeps saying he doesn’t work in cup size but I’ve to bring along a sports bra…any help would be appreciated!

Asda ones do them in S, M, and L. Maybe go for slightly bigger than 34 as you will be swollen after op. Bring two sizes just in case x
