Advice please – not sleeping

Hi girls, I’m 4 weeks post op and at night I get a sharp pain in the left side of my left boob, it’s so painful that it keeps me up.

It hurts more when I’m led flat so I’ve started sleeping sat up again, can anyone help please?

I seen the surgoen last night and he said they seem fine but could be a nerve that’s causing the pains.
