Hi; I am needing advice I had surgery with Mya 2 years ago, my surgeon was dr Singh (who has now retired) I requested that I would like “fake” looking boobs (I didn’t want a natural look). I will add before and after photos … I was very happy at first 6w post op photos are what I wanted , nice gap, perky … but 2 years down the line I am really unhappy they have dropped so much and in my opinion are starting to fall to sides and look saggy! I drove in total 4 hours to Bristol and back for this appt on Tuesday to see mr Marcelino for Some advice and in my opinion he was rude and did not have any compassion. Obviously getting this surgery done it is personal and he didn’t seem to care and said they are “fine”. In my eyes I don’t think they are fine as they are not what I wanted and would of liked some advice on what I could do. I know it’s 2 years but surely they shouldn’t change this much!! I haven’t gained/lost loads of weight.

Anyway what do you girls think? Would you be happy if you wanted a fake look? And ended up with these? Should I go see another company?

    Thanks

I think it’s hard to get the fake look without very big implants, most ppl need 2/3 ops for this from what I’ve seen but I’m not a surgeon so don’t no for sure, what size and profile did u have? I agree they look natural and over time they would of settled more, they do look full to me but obviously not at the top which is the fake look your after xx

Hi Chloe, I had 375cc, HP over the muscle which was recommended by the surgeon to achieve the “fake” look.. which is what I got within the 1st year and now they are getting worse ????.. it’s not that I want massive boobs because the size is fine it’s just how far the gap is getting and becoming droopy xx

And no they were only around 6 weeks there so I get they had to drop and fluff, unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of them ..: but they were fine up until about a year and a 1/2 x

Hi Hun I don’t think there’s anything wrong with them my self your gap doesn’t change after sugury Hun so if you gap was big to start with it will be the same afterwards they can take a year till settle and see final results from a ba your 6 week post op looked like they still had a lot of dropping and fluffing to do witch is why hey will of been sitting so high up to start with as above people who want the fake look usually need two or three ops to get there desired look also overs tend to drop a bit more than unders it’s all based on our anatomy to how how finally results will look st well Hun as you have no medical issues with them and they are causing no problems you will more than likely have to pay for a re Aug xxx

Hi Stacey, yep I get they change and of course they did drop from 6 weeks + but I think the change is a big difference and I’m worried that if they continue to drop I’m going to need an uplift. I didn’t have a big gap before, I would totally understand if I asked for a natural look. – I have already had revision because I had a seroma … unfortunately I know I will have to pay again but mr Marcellino didn’t give me any options on how to get the look I wanted xx

That’s so annoying that you travelled all that way to see him. He was perfect for me as a surgeon but your PC should really have known he probably wouldn’t give you the advice or answers you were after. He’s very blunt likes very natural. I’m 27 and he made me try on the anatomical implant and said he prefers that look but he knows it’s not popular. It’s so important you feel happy and it’s upsetting that they just booked u in with a surgeon who surely they knew wouldn’t really be helpful in this case. X

This is why I stress to new op girls who are worrying about their sizes so much, I’ve had 1 op and my best friends two, and within a year both of us (both ops for her) boobs have shrunk and became more natural and a lot smaller in size, people get excited at 6weeks when they measure a massive size but unfortunately I’ve seen first hand 3 times now boobs shrink so much within a year. So much so I’m looking at a second op and thinking of going a lot bigger with the conclusion a year later they will have shrunk.
Hope you get some answer and feel better soon, they look great btw xxx

I don’t have problem with the size I’m DD-E it’s the shape for me they’ve lost their fullness.. I had small perky boobs to start with with a small gap so to see them go droopy is concerning for me as I don’t want an uplift when I haven’t had kids/lost/gained weight and I’m only 22, I know surgeons can’t gaurentee what they will look like but when I’ve asked for “fake” boobs and he recommended what I should have it is disappointing when your don’t get the results you want.. I see a lot of girls they are advertising with lovely boobs & girls on this forum so it’s disheartening. I know they aren’t the worst but like everyone has said they are natural looking xx

Maybe have a consultation with a different surgeon xx @kassiewilson they shrink? Really how can they shrink? As in cup sizes? I no they settle more but get smaller I’ve never read this only if u loose weight etc and you had boob before the op to loose (in my case I didn’t lol) xx
