Advise please nipples

How long was everyone’s nipples sore for? I’m 9 weeks this week and my left nipple is still so tender it’s starting to really worry me, any advice would i would be grateful for, thanks xx

I’m 7 weeks post op and mine are the same , my left one is still really numb and puffy 🙁 I rang my nurse and they said it can take months to go back to normal xx

I’m only 10dpo but mine are really tender and constantly hard. I’ve read it can take a long time to go back to normal, so I bought some breast pads, i’m going to try putting them in the freezer and swapping them out of by bras, see if that helps! Will let you know if it works, fingers crossed xxx
