After 6 weeks post op?

Hey girls, is there anything we still can’t do or wear after 6 weeks? Apart from having to wear no wired bras? Xx

I was told I could wear wire bras in the day but not to sleep in and was also told no weights In the gym until my 3 month check but I had unders I think it all depends on your surgeon and their rules xx
