After care help!!!!

Hi can anyone give advice on what type of sports bra to get for after surgery I’m having 350cc and I like an empty c at the minute…….thanks in advance ????

Hey Hunni, I’m 4dpo I have got a sports bra from marks and spencer it’s so comfortable and zips up the front which makes it so easy to get on after surgery. They have special post surgery bras to for £20. Hope this helps and good luck with everything x

Hi the marks and spencers ones LULU has mentioned are fab! i had 300 cc implants so i got 2 Bras one 2 sizes to big at the back and 3 cup sizes bigger than i was originally and got one 2 back sizes bigger and another 2 cup sizes bigger for when the swelling went down they are really comfy there too big on the back now but you swell up loads and they are really comfy and supportive! and you can just unzip them for a bit of relief if you need it as well which is nice! xx
