Hi just wanted to see if anyone else might have any idea of what this could be.

I’ve always had an issue with my right breast following surgery. I’ve rang a number of times over the last few years but nobody ever gets back in touch with me. The aftercare has been shit! The right has always appeared flat/square edge and the upper pole is alot more prominent than the bottom. I literally cannot get this breast comfortable at all and I’m losing sleep over this as I cant lay on my right side without it feeling like its falling off my chest. It’s as though it’s not attached to my body and I sometimes get pains through it. I always have to have a bra on to feel supported and it just feels uncomfortable every day.

I can definitely feel some rippling and I’ve not gained/lost any weight and I’ve always thought it might be a rupture but I’m just not sure without anyone looking at it. I cant carry on with it like this. I’ve got pics from the beginning and showing how it deforms and I know I had a 5 year warranty for something but not sure exactly what without getting my paperwork out. Has anyone successfully managed to get even a nurse to have a look if theres been long term problems

Hi Sally, have you managed to get this sorted. I will be 3 years post op in April. Went to see Mya last March as had weakness in left arm, now pain every day in my left breast left arm and upper left back. Like a dull ache. Mya told me to get a scan to see what is going on but I felt brushed off to be honest. I’ve made an appointment but I’m on a waiting list to see a breast doctor at the hospital. Just wondered what has happened since as yours sounds a lot like what il going through. I too need a support bra all the time and sleep is disturbed. Thanks
