Am i doing the right thing? B to a D/DD cup

Hi!

I’ve booked my op for the 15th of May with Mr Traynor. I am really excited because its something i’ve also thought about and i’ve always been conscious of the size of my boobs. But I keep having waves of panic and ‘what ifs’. At my consultation Mr Traynor said he thought I was around a B cup, which sounds about right, and with plenty of breast tissue so he’d be going in front of the chest muscle.

They have ordered me implant sizes of 250-275-300-325-350cc – so I think i’d be going up a couple of cup sizes – I will also be having 25cc more in my right than my left to balance them out a little.

My concern is, I don’t hate my boobies now. I just wish they were bigger. I like my nipples and the position of them – I’m hoping all that will stay the same but they will just look bigger and fuller? Mr Traynor seemed to suggest this would happen but my mum, who has also had a boob job a few years ago, keeps telling me they’ll sag etc because of the extra weight? Now i’m panicking!

Is this normal? Do your boobies look the same afterwards just bigger?

Hiya hun I’m in exactly the same boat as you my surgery is booked for the 22nd of may but I’m not going with MYA same as you I’m a 34b nice full perky boobs just want them to be bigger I’ve had thoughts of what if they go wrong and I end up having them I like my boobies the way they are and I’ll end up with regret but I don’t want to live thinking I can’t do this because that might happen or this and that because is everyone thought like that no one would do anything lol but the closer it’s getting I’m getting more excited I can’t wait to have them done and be able to wear nice dresses and bikinos without the supper padded bras im having 325cc in both there is slight asymetery but my surgeon told me that sometimes going with different sizes can sometimes make the asymmetry worse and mine isn’t that noticeable I’m hoping to achieve a full D to DD hope this helps you hun xxx

ahhhhh thats so good to hear! I felt like I was going mad. Its nice to know you get what I mean and that someone else has the same worries and concerns – its so hard trying to explain it to people. II think you’re right in that you’re just got to go for it haven’t you. Its worse living with the what ifs and wishing you’d done it and not knowing. Maybe its just because like you say its a while away yet! The asymmetry – I might ask him when I see him for my next consultation and see if he thinks I really need the extra in the right because its not mega noticeable, though I think mine is moreso than yours from your picture? PLEASE update me with your after pics once they’re done hun! I can’t wait to see your result! Thank you!!

Yeah it is nice to talk to other people who have the same worries your the only girl I’ve come across that has the same as me too! But no we can’t live like that it wouldn’t be right as they say we’re here for a good time not a long time so just enjoy it and do what makes you happy and if that means having bigger boobies do it of course we got to be careful and warey of the complications that happen but that’s just life in general I think I’ve accepted what could happen fingers crossed nothing ever do but if it does it does lol cross that bridge when I get to it haha but yeah I will deffo keep you posted hun even though yours is before mine if like to see yours to think they will look amazing cuz your boobs are nice now x

I had my surgery on the 28th Feb (: I wasn’t ever necessarily UNHAPPY with my boobs, they’re near enough symmetrical and I like the shape and everything. I didn’t even really mind the size (I was a 30B) I also thought ‘what if’ because I didn’t have a problem with my small boobs and also I am big into my gym and I didn’t want a boob job to affect my strength and performance. HOWEVER I absolutely love how they look now even though they haven’t dropped and I’m so excited about what they’ll look like. All the nurses get really excited when I go in and tell me how nice they’ll look once they’ve dropped. So I wouldn’t even worry about regrets at all (: x

First of all, your boobs are amazing already! I am also having doubts at the minute with 2 weeks to go!

I think it’s very normal to have doubts with something that involves a lot of money and some risk associated with it! Your mum is right in the sense that they will sag faster than your breasts without implants- simply because there’ll be more weight in there! But that does not mean that you’ll have saggy boobs in a year or whatever. Mr Traynore is right- you’ll just have a bigger version of what you already have. And you have a great pair of boobs to start with, so your end result is going to look amazing!!! Xx

Hi Jennifer! I’m also big into my lifting and bodybuilding so I completely get you on that! Let me see them when they’ve dropped! I bet they do look AMAZING – so exciting!! I’m around a 30B now so we are quite similar! What implant sizes did you have? I’ll be going for 350cc overs I believe xx

Emily! I think its probably even more normal come getting that close to your op date – I know i’ll be exactly the same. I’m sure you’re doing the right thing, and its most important that you do what makes you happy 🙂 and thank you!!! I can’t wait to see your new boobies!!

Hey Caitlin! Have you had your op yet? What implants did you go for and what size did you start at? Thank you for trying to stop me worrying about the sagging – I think I just need to look at is as boobs will sag full stop with age and babies etc., it comes to everyone at some point but you’ve got to enjoy them whilst you’re young and perky haha 🙂 feel so much better for talking to your girls!!! Amy! You’re the exact same as me hunni. I was a 32B little less fuller looking than you. Right side slightly bigger. I also had Mr Traynor. I’m 1 week post op. He also offered me the exact same size implants as he’s offered you. I went for 325cc in the left & 300cc in the right HP unders. Best decision I’ve made as I also liked the look of my boobs just wanted bigger and fuller look. I’ll upload some pics for you 🙂 yeah they’ll “drop and fluff” but you won’t sag your not going for a very large implant so less weight. My friend has 400cc and 1 year post op hers still look amazing, she can happily go out with no bra on perky. Okay pics are before op, 1 day post op & today 1 week post op. X

I’m the same! Don’t really dislike my boobs, they’ve just lost a bit of volume on top and starting to sag a little after breastfeeding my 3 children.
So I’m just after a fuller, more perky look! Currently a 34B, having 345cc unders, hoping for a D?! Op booked for 5th April! Xx

@arparker I went for exactly the same implant! 350CC overs (: I’m currently wearing a 32D sports bra but who knows after they’ve dropped. My birthday is in a couple weeks and I’m not even bothered because I’m more excited about these looking like boobs hahahahaha. I’ll definitely let you know when they’ve dropped! (: x

Omg I’m so happy i found this post!!! reading what all you girls have put has made me feel so much better! I started to doubt if getting them done was actually the best thing to do, because I’m not unhappy with my boobs now just want them bigger! I’m so excited now ahhhh!

the perfect post ive been looking for. Im booked in for 29th march. Im 34b with one bigger than the other. I feel so anxious more about being put to sleep..I hate hospitals. Im having 300 in my right and 250-300 in my left…i feel like the sizes are a huge difference. Im hoping to get to a D. x

@arparker I’ve not had mine yet, nope, but I’m currently working with a 32B- looking at least 355/375 for asymmetry! But I’m in the same boat as you in that I don’t dislike mine, I just want more! Sagging is the downside of having bigger boobies, but you’re totally right, they will be well worth it for the years that they are perky for! 😉 Glad you’ve had so many supportive messages, that’s what this place is for! Hi girls!! I had my op on Tuesday! All went really well and I seemed to breeze through yesterday – today hasn’t been quite the same – been in pain and my back is aching like mad! How did you all find the first week following your op? xxx

So glad to have found this post!! I have the same concerns, my ops on weds 23rd may and altho I’m excited Iam getting quite nervous!!
Like alot of you I don’t dislike my boobs, I’m a 34 b size 12 waist and 5.5, I’m going for 500cc overs!! After reading everyones post I’m concerned they will be too big?!
My surgeon said they would suit my shape as I have an hour glass figure, I’m aiming for a dd/e.
I’ve tried to find pics of someone who has similar stats to me and had the same cc but havnt found any yet.
I’m becoming obsessed with looking at boobies! ????????

If anyone is still on this thread can you please post your before and afters? This post has made me feel so much better about going through with the opp! If I could poss know what your experiences have been like and your results. Thanks x

I had 325cc round high profile behind the muscles

I’m now 5day post op
