annoyed

I’ve had my operation cancelled twice. The second time @ 5.30pm the evening before I was scheduled to attend. No apology given and 0 callbacks. At this present time I totally regret choosing MYA.

I feel the same and posted about it yday.

Two pre-ops cancelled at v short notice and then my op cancelled.

No-one ever speaks to you, or wants to help.

Disgraceful.

My op is now back on for the 29th – hopefully yours is going ahead shortly too
