Hi Serena, my mother is black father is mixed but I’m quite pale. I had Dr Fiumara she was lovely and known for being a perfectionist with amazing incison and stitch work.
If you are concerned about scarring my surgeon said ur scar healing for a ba is just like how u would usually heal after a cut.
I also had a mini uplift. My scarring under the boob is still quite dark but the incisions are in my breast crease so u can’t see them straight on. I have been using kelo-cote-scar-gel-15g for several months to flatten and lighten the scarring. The scar around my nipples is fine.
After your op u are told not to moisturise for several weeks I found that my breasts were flaking after a week so I used castor oil on them and this kept them moist and stopped all flaking. I alternate between that coconut oil and shea butter as the skin stretches quite a bit. I had stretch marks pre op but since Ive had my implants they have gone.
