Any advice would be much appreciated <3

I’m 22 and a recent graduate of a performing arts school so now a professional dancer/performer. Looking to get my surgery in Jan but worried I’m not going to be able to dance for quite a few weeks even months. If anyone is a dancer or very active person please let me know if having them done has affected your movement in any negative way once fully recovered? Things such as leaps and turns, is it just something to get used to?

Have been advised to go under the muscle with 300cc or 325cc need to double check those sizes but think that’s what felt comfortable (I’m now a 34 small B, 5ft6 & around 10st for reference). Always been insecure and my bottom half is bigger than my top so looking to even out without looking fake or being impractical.

Any help would be amazing, thank you!!

I’m not a dancer but I am a personal trainer, sports massage therapist, and workout at least 5 days a week. I was back to exercise following my 6 week check, weight lifting, running etc. For my weightlifting I was told to start out again as a beginner; it only took a few weeks to get back to where I had been previously.

The main issue in the first few weeks is sweating – it creates a higher risk of infection while to wounds are still healing. Once you start again things are a little tight to begin with but soon settle down.

    Hope this helps.
