The nurse put my 36d bra on yesterday after removing strapping the cup seems a tiny bit to big and the band feels really tight so I put my 38d on when I got home and the band felt good but the cup was even more baggy I just want to get it right but really don’t know wich 1 to wear?? I’ve just ordered a 38c but I think the cup will be a tad to small please help ladies xx

Was the band on the loosest? The nurse said to me the band needs to be a bit loose but the straps need to be tight?
I’ve got the 36d fastened on the middle loops and keep checking it’s not too tight in the middle of my boobs.
Have you tried that @mitch ?? xx

Me.. I bought 3 macoms. I was a 36b before my surgery had 455UHP and the macoms which fit perfect before surgery are far too tight. I literally cant breathe its awful! Going to have to try get to m&s and try the post op bras from there cause this is AWFUL 🙁 xxx

@mae the band is on the slackest but feels to tight the straps are tight but the cup seems loose….I put the 38d on today as I was going out shopping and it seemed OK but felt like the cups was to loose so I put my 36d back on I’m sat on my bed and feel like it’s way to tight just the band… xx

I think it has alot to do with the bra its self. If you remember i was struggling to get the right bra that he reccomended before i had surgey, so at my last consultaion i told him i was struggling getting this bra an what could i do. So he told me about some from asda it was a pack of 2 1 black 1 white think it was 12 or 14 pound for them. So i got those an then managed to get the matalan 1 afterall. I got 34e from asda an i got 36dd in the matalan 1 for cup size are the size because when you got down 1 band size you go up 1 cup size. Anyway my matalan one even though its not tight it always seems to dig in especcially at night. Anyway switched bras while i wash matalan 1 an the asda 34 band is about the same size so i do think the matalan ones must be a small fitting. An its also strange how you can be filling a 34E bra an still feel like you have small boobs what the hell lol xx

I honestly think with the Macoms that although they say just order your usual back size that you should in fact order a size up to what you usually are! I’ve seen so many girls on here complain that they’re tight even though they ordered their usual back size xx

@lauraj1987 me and Mitch have to go back as it was the nurse who took or straps off not dr kazazzi. I was saying to Mitch it’s a bit of a pain in bum having to keep traveling, I live like hour and half away, but at least it will put minds at ease for the time being. Xx

Ooh right yeah it was the nurs who took my strapping off but mr kazzazi was there aswel and it was him that cleaned my inccissions and put steri stirps on an omg he was not gentle cleaning them it was like when your scrubbing a pan with a scouring pad thats how rough he was i thought it was going to split back open!! So id be pleased that you had the nurse lol xx

Hahaha mine wasnt too bad because alot of it had come loose anyway so most of it wasnt that stuck down. The bits that were stuck down did pull alot though felt weird. But was the incission cleaning that freaked me out honestly my toes wer curled up i thought it was going to open back up was horrible xx

I found a 38C high impact m&s sports bra was great post op as I had quite a bit of swelling, although by week 4 it felt a bit loose around band . I’m now actually a 34 E post op , so you might find going up a size band helps as you might be swallen and . It is a headache getting the right bra , but my nurse did say the m&s high impact is very good post op ! Xx
