Hi all, was just wondering if anybody still had pain months after their op, ive seen my surgeon and been examined so i know there is no CC or anything to worry about in terms of pain.
I was incredibly swollen after my op and it took a good 5 weeks to feel normal again but i have a constant pain now, it’s low level it’s not like im in agony! But i know its there all the time (i can just get on with things and ignore it most of the time but certainly couldn’t ignore it if it were permenant) it like a pushing down feeling on my chest and my breasts ache at the sides, if i push them together it goes???
It wasn’t until today i realised how much it affects my muscles, i took my 4 year old out shopping in the pushchair (i rarely do this as he prefers to walk so it’s been a few weeks) but was shocked at how much i struggled to get up the pavements when he was in it, even navigating it was a bit difficult at times im usualy a one hander with the buggy! He’s tiny for his age so the weight was not the issue, also i still can’t open a nurofen bottle without a fight it’s like a weakness especialy on the right, just wondered if any of you have had similar, i know lots of you girls work out so would have been very aware of it in those cases, thanks in advance for any replies xxx

I still get muscle pain but I’m very active so I did expect that.
I ride and look after a lot of horses daily, so am using my upper body constantly.
I only experienced weakness at first – picking horses feet upwards was impossible to start with and pulling draw bars on gates etc sideways was really hard.

I just figure that my muscle pain now at the end of the day is just from use
