    @tanyacolk91 I was told I will likely have rippling and that was with 300cc mod profiles. After i vonsidered this, i went back and asked could i have 350cc hp and was again told I would likely have rippling where there is no muscle cover. I was a bit disheartened that I couldn’t have big implants due to my skin already being stretched through pregnancy and breastfeeding as my surgeon told me big implants would most definitely droop within a few years. So then to find I would also have rippling, I was a bit concerned My surgeon said the rippling wouldn’t necessarily be visible but I would probably be able to feel it. After time to soak it all in I figured…I already have a few stretchmarks so a bit of rippling isn’t going to kill me. And you don’t see it with a bra on…and quit frankly, a little rippling is much better for me than 2 empty sacks with stretch marks so I stopped worrying about it and I am just going to go for it. I trust my surgeon and don’t believe he would do anything to make them look hideous. I wouldn’t worry too much however if you can avoid it by changing size, I would weigh up the pros and cons for u. For me, I would have changed size to omit the chance of rippling but that wasn’t an option for me x

    I have slight rippling but I can only feel it not see it. Most girls are not bothered by it because it not really that noticeable. I was really worried about it before I had my op but I had 250cc overs and can’t see anything 🙂 4 weeks po now xx

    ….Dr Kazzazi did say if the rippling is visible putting weight on will reduce the visibility so if I get rippling, I plan to feast on my fave foods and just do plenty of sit ups haha …once exercise is permitted of course 🙂 x

    What is no tissue at the top is it when you have no shape there and it’s just flat ? X

    I got told this by my surgeon as well. I was a bit shocked to be honest and didn’t really expect it or know what to say! He said it will ripple and held it by the top and said it was natural. So I’m a bit worried incase he meant it will definitely ripple or it might due to the nature of them. I’m not going huge, 350cc from a 32a but it is over muscle and I don’t think I can change that due to having tubular breasts. I’m not sure if I should go back and see him again before my op to double check or not, because in fairness I wouldn’t be willing to go any smaller. And I’ve already paid haha I just want warning because I have visions of horrible rippled boobs!! 🙁

    Rachel – yeah…when you have no tissue at the top of your breast, I believe u are at risk of rippling. Even going under the muscle doesn’t prevent this as ur breast muscle doesn’t cover the whole pocket….it runs from under ur armpit in a diagonal sort of shape so ur cleavage area can be at risk.

    Jo- I don’t think the surgeons would do the op if the rippling would look real bad. Remember, u r a representation of their work. I would only be worried if he advised against the size u r going and u were strong willed with ur decision. I think a surgeon would say if it would be really bad however I would suggest asking if under the muscle is an option 4 u and if this would reduce the risk of visible rippling. It’s worth an ask before ur surgery….u don’t want doubt or regret and knowing all ur options will help u decide the right thing to do. X

    Think there is always a risk of rippling. Mr KaZzazi said that I would probably only feel it when I bent over. I have breast fed my 3 daughters and had no tissue at all just loose skin that had quite a few fine stretch marks.
    I had 375cc hp partials and I am currently 15 weeks post op. I went from 32a to 32e.

    @amy03 if you don’t mind me asking, do you have any rippling now? I understand when you bend down it will be more noticeable, but can you tell when standing up straight without a bra on? Or have you not found it to be a problem?

    @joanne28
    I have no visa me rippling at all but if I run my fingers down my cleavage and press hard I can slightly feel it but it’s not bad at all.
    I would always say take your surgeons advice and don’t let the dreeded boob greed take hold.
    If I had of pushed for bigger implants and got visable rippling I would have been gutted. Would rather have the smaller implants and no visable rippling than bigger rippled boobs.
