Anyone else feel/look like they have no boobs with there sports bra on

3 weeks post opp feeling a bit down feel like my boobs are very small. See girls putting pics on with there sports bras on and there boobs are pushed together up high round and full. Mine with a sports bra on just looks empty no cleavage at all flat at the part were it’s open almost like my boobs are literally inside the sports bra no boobs in top if that makes sense feel down really have I paid all this money for nothing anyone else having this ???

What’s your stats what size did you go to x

5ft 2. 8 stone was a 30-32 AAA had 300cc HP Xx

I know exactly what you mean, I had 325cc overs, originally empty C and nearly 4 weeks post op, but with my sports bra on and the clothes on top they look the same if not smaller than what they did before! I did try a bikini top on though however and you can definitely tell the difference in that! Just hang in there girl, I’m thinking once we get to wear “normal” bras then the shape and size will show through! Hope you are recovering ok 🙂 xx

Hey definitely hang in there!! Just as an example, when I got measured for my first bra I still had the sports bra on and they measured me at 32B. I told the shop assistant she was mad and I’d just had surgery! Took off the bra and ended up measuring as a 32DD. The sports bras are obviously designed to hold everything in place and compress everything down. Just got to be patient until you get to wear a normal bra again xx

I’m exactly the same . I’m 5ft 2 , petite 7st 10 and had 265 unders Friday 8th. They definitely don’t look like everyone else’s Iv seen but they are still super cone like. However my sister had a 36 D sports bra and I tired it on and filled it so I’m hopefully and from reading others experiences they are going to change loads xxx

I had 325 6 year ago nw and in sports bra they always looked flat, so much so I’m looking at a reop to go bigger xxx
