Anyone else worried about telling there family or friends about having a boob job

What did you tell them xx

I’ve been catfishing my way through life with super push up bras and chicken fillets lol so I’m not planning on saying anything because to them, I’ll look pretty much the same. If anyone does notice a bit of size increase I’m gonna blame it on hormones lol

Lol I’ve only ever been using push up bras but the implants I’m getting don’t even come close to it lol

I’m at uni still and afew of my closer friends know who aren’t there anymore but I’m in a class full of lads who are all like brothers but some of them can say things without really thinking before hand and I know some will think I’ve got them done for the wrong reasons. Just don’t know wether to say anything at all as one of them is my Boyfriend he knows but if one of his mates notices it may be abit odd as I when we’re out I’m in a mega push up bra anyways so wonder if they’d notice if I was in something I couldn’t wear a push up bra with ahaha just don’t want opinions to change of me

I bet that’s really hard you sound just like me when you say you don’t want peoples opinion to change of you I’m exactly the same as I know some people who don’t approve of them
which I don’t think it should matter im getting one for myself because sick of taking my bra off and seeing nothing lol
haven’t told anyone other then my husband I’m 28 so old enough to make my own descion on what’s best for me

My mum and boyfriend know but currently don’t know how to tell my best friends!
I’m not worried about them judging because I’ll be able to explain exactly why I’m doing it but I’m more worried about them being in an awkward situation if people ask them.
I only ever wear high neck dresses or T shirts on instagram but I’m going from a tiny 32A who’s never bothered with push up bras (nothing to push up haha) to 315cc anatomical as that’s what I was recommended, so I think people will notice. I almost feel like I want to put a disclaimer online that I’ve not done it for vanity or anything its literally for mental health of being able to look at myself in the mirror!!

I’ve just told people if they need to know etc like some work colleagues and the family members that will notice. I’m not scared to mention it though and I’m very open about it as I don’t see anything wrong with it. I’m only 20 though so get alot of comments saying I’m too young. Most people are quite nice and just say like ‘If that’s what you want then go for it’ x

I told my husband and my mum and my closest friend and altho neither of them understood my insecurities they supported me and I’d had been wearing highly padded bras before my op so people wouldn’t notice a huge difference and no one has said anything x

I didn’t even tell work I just took a week off as a holiday x

Me! 🙋‍♀️ I was so worried about telling my dad but I told him over text and was deliberately vague, I just said “I’m at a consultation for plastic surgery” and he replied with a shocked emoji 😅 my mums supportive and so are my boyfriend & friends! The way I see it is it’s your body and your money at the end of the day and an adult it’s your own choice 💃🏼 Xxx

Only my husband knows at the moment I don’t think anyone I know will know how I feel and why I’m getting them they will just assume it’s for attention when that’s not true I’m getting them so I feel more better about myself people are going to notice them on me as I practically have nothing at the min lol just don’t want people to think differently of me that’s all xx

Hi poppy yeah that’s how I feel that people will think I’m getting them for the wrong reasons and they won’t understand it’s for me to make me feel better and not feel bad about myself when I look in the mirror

I’m like a flat A maaaaybe a B but with padding chicken fillets and body makeup I can easily make myself look like a D/DD lol. So I’m not gonna say anything because that’s the size I’ll l;look after surgery but with much less effort!!! I’ve only told my sister and best friend
