I’m booked in Friday 3rd November and I’m so nervous! Please can you tell me how long you waited before washing your hair and doing everyday things? Xx

I didn’t go out the first week though other than day 4 I walked to local shop 10mins n got bread walked back but the second week I was back to normal a lot less tight feeling still had morning boob n acheyness on n off till bout week 7-8 but i was def over the worse by day 4…. I had 450 partials from a small b cup xx

@hannah try not to be too nervous, you’ll be well looked after and surprisingly the day goes really quickly! I washed my hair over the bath at 5DPO. I had strapping on for the first week and tbh, I didn’t feel myself until this had come off. It was uncomfortable and restricted my breathing xx

Good look with your op @hannah you will be amazed at how fast the day goes. I am 3dpo and haven’t used any pain relief due to not liking taking medication. I would see how you feel and let your body tell you when its ready to do more things like showering and washing your hair. Having a blow dry at the hair dressers sounds like a genius idea girls I think I will be making an appointment today!
