Anyone who has had "waterfall syndrome" correction??

Girlies im off to see my surgeon on the 18th of june when i will be exactly 11 months post op.

My boobs look hurrendous and someone has mentioned to me it might be waterfall syndrome???

Has anyone had this or had correction done, its really depressing me to see myself in the mirror everyday knowing that after all ive been through i still havent got my dream boobs ????????
