    I am nearly 4 weeks post op and starting to dislike my breasts. Feel like they have dropped so the look long but no fluff (no roundness) no cleavage at all there not sagging as I was only a 32AAA to start had 300cc HP unders so there tight do they change much after this stage as anyone got pics from 4weeks and after 4weeks ???
