Arnica??

Due op on 29th. Asked surgeon about taking Arnica and he said no as can cause the blood to thin.
Anyone else told this?

My PC told me the same 🙁

I’ve never been told this and taken it post child birth (twice) and several post op procedures including my BA. In my experience medical professionals are against anything homeopathic.

I’ve always took arnica and had it recommended but I was told this too so didn’t. I instead started to take it after ? x

Do you find it helps with recovery?

I had my surgery yesturday and the doctor said i can start taking it today , should help with the bruising

I am 8dpo now and I have been taking arnica everyday day since the op, you can never tell exactly whether it’s the arnica working or I just heel quickly but I’m now pain free and slept on my side for the first time last night
