Arnica tablets

Hey all where is everyone buying Arnica tablets. I’ve been to a lot of pharmacy’s, asda, Sainsbury’s etc and keep being told that the tablets are discontinued. I have surgery on sat so really need to start taking them. Any advise would be great xx

Have you been told by your pc or surgeon that it’s ok to take the arnica tablets? I have some and I got them from holland and Barrett’s. I got my op on Wednesday and I don’t know if it’s ok to take them. I need to spk to my pc. Also are you having your surgery with mya?

What is the benefit of these – sorry never heard of them… xx

Yeah Holland and Barratt sell a couple of types just ask at the till. They really help get rid of bruising. I checked with the nurse on op day and it’s totally fine to take them they’re only natural. You can take them from day 1 and by the time I had my strapping taken off day 7 I didn’t have a single bruise. My nurse couldn’t believe it. I normally bruise like a peach too lol.

Thanks ladies. Yep my PC told me to take them a week before and for a week after to help reduce bruising. Xx
