I didn’t bruise at all after my surgery. I’m not sure how common it is? I have arnica gel that I got from a pharmacy to help with bruising as I get lip fillers but didn’t need it at all after my op x

I started taking arabica tablets this week. Should start about 2 weeks before surgery. Got mine from Holland & barrett’s. Think you can get them in Tesco’s as well

I had hardly any bruising after my surgery and didn’t take anything for it before hand! Xx

I took them for two weeks before and after I had no bruising x
