B cup 350cc result pics please.

Hi, I’m currently a B cup booked in to get 350cc high profile partials. I am 5ft 3″ and 8st 7lbs, I wear a uk size 8/10. Just wondering what kind of results I can expect? I’m a little concerned they may be too big for my frame. Also my surgeon mentioned a risk of sagging which I am fearful of. Wondering if I should go smaller to decrease the risk…

Any help/ advice/ pictures etc would be greatly appreciated. Xxx
